I'm Dutch, and for more than 15 years I have worked where strategy has to become reality: leading programmes and business, digital and AI transformations from discovery to execution, in government, semi-public organisations, corporates and trade unions.
Today my focus is AI: helping organisations find opportunities where AI increases value, choose fit-for-purpose solutions and, above all, embed them into everyday ways of working. I am not a software engineer; my strength is connecting business priorities, technology, governance and organisational change.
My background in change consultancy and law, the Chief Data & AI Officer Programme at Imperial, and years in highly regulated environments, mean I understand risk, compliance and finance as well as people. I have worked with around 40 different cultures, and my leadership is visionary, inspiring and inclusive.
